Australian Consumer Law & Returns

Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees that cannot be excluded including that goods are of acceptable quality, match descriptions and are fit for any disclosed purpose. If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the failure.

Report within 7 days with photos and order details. We will assess and provide repair, replacement or refund per ACL.
